For those of you who did not know, we have changed our brand from Flavourite Marketing to Ideal Design and Print. This change was brought about by our shift in focus, as we saw that it was not enough just to provide our customers with the best quality print products and prices. We are taking it a step further to provide world class customer service, as there is a lack of superior customer service in the printing industry, hence our new tag line, “Customer Satisfaction In Print”.
Also, whereas, before we were print brokering ANY corporate branding products, we have now shifted our focus to just t-shirt / hoody printing, graphic designing and vinyl signage, which we do in house, as well as invoice /receipt books which we still outsource. Although, the books are outsourced, we still guarantee the best prices in the market. Otherwise, the products we handle in-house not only allow us to give you the best prices, but also to provide supreme quality and service; since we now have more control over the production process, as well as the timeliness of order completion / service delivery.
We still DO offer the other products such as business cards, flyers, and banners, but those are no longer our primary focus, in relation to the above mentioned.
